Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of rsl-audit.ru (the “Site”). The Site owner (the “Operator”):

By using the Site a visitor accepts the Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

  • the Site is informational: it describes the Operator’s services and publishes materials on audit, accounting and taxes;
  • information about services and prices is not a public offer; the terms of services are set by a contract;
  • materials in “Publications” and “Analytics” are not an audit opinion or legal or tax advice for a specific situation; contact the Operator’s specialists for your case;
  • references to legislation link to primary sources (consultant.ru, minfin.gov.ru, etc.); check that the edition is current on the date of use.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, illustrations, the logo and other materials of the Site belong to the Operator or are used lawfully and are protected by the intellectual property legislation of the Russian Federation (Part Four of the Civil Code). Quoting for information purposes with a link to the Site is allowed. Commercial use without the Operator’s written consent is not allowed.

4. Contact forms

  • by sending a request the visitor confirms that the details given are accurate;
  • personal data is processed on the basis of a separate consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy;
  • using the forms for spam, automated submissions or malicious files is prohibited.

5. Liability and external links

  • the Operator keeps the information up to date but is not liable for decisions a visitor makes based on the Site materials without consultation;
  • the Site may link to third-party resources (government bodies, the SRO, Yandex services); the Operator is not responsible for their content or privacy policies;
  • the Operator may suspend the Site for maintenance; Site availability is not an obligation of the Operator.

6. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing and the use of cookies are governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy, the Consent to Personal Data Processing and the Cookie Policy.

7. Changes and governing law
