Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in the visitor’s browser. They remember the visitor’s choices and support visit statistics. This Policy describes which cookies rsl-audit.ru (the “Site”) uses and how to manage them.

3. Cookie categories

Necessary

Keep the Site working and need no consent:

  • rsl_consent — stores your cookie choice; lifetime 180 days;
  • payload-token — an employee session in the Site admin panel; set only when employees sign in, never for visitors.

Analytics

Enabled only after “Accept all” or after switching on the “Analytics” category in the settings. Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) collects anonymised statistics: pages, referral source, device and browser, on-page actions (Webvisor). Main Metrica cookies per Yandex documentation:

  • _ym_uid — distinguishes visitors, 1 year;
  • _ym_d — date of the first visit, 1 year;
  • _ym_isad — detects ad blockers, 20 hours;
  • _ym_visorc_* — Webvisor operation, 30 minutes;
  • _ym_metrika_enabled — checks that Metrica cookies are set, 60 minutes.

Personal data from the forms (name, phone, e-mail) is not passed to Metrica. Data is processed on servers in the Russian Federation.

Third-party cookies when the map is shown

The map on the Contacts page is embedded from Yandex Maps and loads only after consent to analytics cookies. When the map loads, the Yandex service may set its own cookies under Yandex terms.

4. Form protection (SmartCaptcha)

Yandex SmartCaptcha may be used to protect the forms from automated submissions. The service is invoked when a form is submitted, processes technical data (IP address, browser information) and does not require typing text from an image; a data processing notice is shown next to the form.

5. Managing cookies

  • in the banner on the first visit: “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or “Customize”;
  • at any time — via “Cookie settings” in the Site footer: the choice is reset and the banner is shown again;
  • in the browser settings: deleting and blocking cookies.

After analytics cookies are switched off the counter stops sending data; code loaded earlier stops completely after the page is reloaded. Switching analytics cookies off does not affect the Site.

6. Changes

The Policy is updated when the services used change. The current version and date are published on this page. Questions — office@rsl-audit.ru.
