Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a visitor of rsl-audit.ru (the “Site”), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with article 9 of 152-FZ consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. This consent is a separate document, as required by part 1 of article 9 of 152-FZ.

2. Personal data covered

  • full name;
  • phone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • company and position — if given;
  • the text of the request and attached files (for a job application — the CV);
  • technical data: IP address, browser information, date and time of submission.

3. Purposes

  • handling my request and contacting me using the details provided;
  • preparing a proposal and concluding a service contract;
  • reviewing my job application (when a CV is submitted);
  • keeping the Site secure and protecting it from automated submissions.

4. Operations and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation tools. Data is transferred only to parties the Operator has entrusted with processing (hosting, e-mail) within the Russian Federation and in cases provided by law. No cross-border transfer takes place.

5. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the submission date, or until withdrawn. It may be withdrawn at any time by e-mail to office@rsl-audit.ru stating the contact details given in the form. After receiving the withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days (article 21 of 152-FZ) unless further processing is required by law.

6. How the consent is given

The consent is given by ticking the “Consent to personal data processing” box and pressing the submit button. The Operator records the version of this document, the date and time, and the sender’s IP address. I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy.
