Consent to Receive Marketing Emails

I consent to Limited Liability Company “RSL AUDIT” (ООО «РСЛ АУДИТ») sending me information and marketing messages in accordance with part 1 of article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising” and article 9 of 152-FZ on the terms below.

1. Operator

2. Subject of the consent

  • legislation digests, research, checklists and company news;
  • invitations to events and RSL Academy courses;
  • information about the company’s services and subscription packages.

Messages are sent to the e-mail address given in the subscription form as new materials are published.

3. Personal data

  • e-mail address;
  • name — if given;
  • date and time of subscription, IP address.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time via the link in a message (where available) or by e-mail to office@rsl-audit.ru. After receiving the request the Operator stops sending messages.

5. Other terms

  • the consent is given by a separate tick in the subscription form and is not a condition for providing services or handling a request;
  • the Operator records the document version, date and time of subscription;
  • personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
